All Day...Trade Fair Set up for exhibitors...Perimeter of the Main Ballroom
8:30 AM...Volunteers and Directors Committees meet to process fresh products, organize hard goods and set up design rooms and class rooms, and decorate the Hotel...Oak Room
7:00 PM...Get together and Welcome reception for exhibitors, Board members, Designers and Volunteers...Everyone needs to be there !

8:00 AM...Breakfast meeting for the Board members, Directors and Officers
9:00 AM till Noon...Additional set up time for exhibitors in the Trade Fair
12:00 Noon... TRADE FAIR OPENS
12:15 PM till 2:30 PM...Ozark Cup Design Contest...PREREGISTER PLEASE. Limited to 25 entrants ! Entrants meet in the Upper Atrium Lobby for the Design Contest Registration. Entry fee is $30.00. Bring your own tools ONLY from the list provided in a transparent plastic bag. All designs will be made on site. All materials will be furnished to you at that time ! Any questions: call Tanya Phillips at 800 - 333 - 8580. Preregister by calling Butch Johnston at 800 - 441 - 6486. Please have a credit card ready as payment must be made in advance. Design spots will NOT be held without payment. No cancellations after September 16, 2009.
3:00 PM till 4:00 PM... Sally Ann Davis, AAF, AIFD presents " To have and to Hold ", a hands-on wedding bouquet class showing the latest trends and techniques presented in her own individual style. This demonstration will be our industry icon Sally Ann's last show & appearance ! This class is a once in a lifetime chance to learn from our leading lady of the Floral Industry. People wishing to take part in this class MUST PREREGISTER. Preregister by calling Butch Johnston at 800 - 441 - 6486. Same conditions apply as for Design Contest payment. Payment on day of show is $ 35.00 Preregistration is $ 25.00 This is an opportunity not to be missed ! Be there !!!!
4:00 PM...The Mask and Body Bar opens in the Lower Atrium! Make an imaginative mask or body flower to wear to enhance the beauty of your chosen attire for King James' Royal Reception.
6:30 PM...King James Royal Reception, Upper Atrium... " CAMELOT ". The prelude to the Royal Ball and Awards dinner. Wear your Royal Attire befitting the Lords and Ladies of his Royal Court. Don your costumes, disguises and masks and prepare to be received by the King !!! Cash Bar.
7:00 PM...Annual Banquet and Awards Dinner, Main Ballroom. Come one, come all ! The announcement of Scholarship Winners and Introductions of the Board of Directors and Officers, and the winners of the royal Costume Contest - that will be decided by the King himself !!!!!
9:00 PM...Dance the Night away in the Rose Garden of Camelot with the King himself and his Royal Court. Lords and Ladies bring your dancing shoes... and prepare to " Cutteth a Ruggeth " till the wee hours !! Cash Bar.
