All Day...Trade Fair Set up for exhibitors in the Main Ballroom
8:30 AM...Volunteers and Directors Committees meet to process fresh products, organize hard goods and set up design rooms and class rooms, and decorate the Hotel...Oak Room
7:00 PM...Get together and Welcome reception for exhibitors, Board members, Designers and Volunteers...Everyone needs to attend!!!!...And bring your Phasors!!!! No Tribles will be admitted at this function!

8:00 AM...Breakfast meeting for the Board members, Directors and Officers...Dining Room
9:00 AM till Noon...Additional set up time for exhibitors in the Trade Fair
12:30 PM till 3:00 PM...Ozark Cup Design Contest...PREREGISTER PLEASE. Limited to 25 entrants ! Entrants meet in the Upper Atrium Lobby for the Design Contest Registration. Entry fee is $30.00. Bring your own tools ONLY from the list provided in a transparent plastic bag. All designs will be made on site. All materials will be furnished to you at that time. And Remember...This year there is a $500 prize for the Winner of the Ozark Cup !!!!

Pat Phillips AIFD and Frances Davis AIFD, both from The Flower Merchant LTD in Springfield, Missouri have agreed to present a program, that combines a class (for the first 25 to sign-up) for the first to call, and a stage presentation for everyone else! It will be in the lower atrium and is going to feature techniques for designs that fit the demands of the economy and new ideas aand styles that will make our dollars flip a lot faster!! After, all that's the name of the game, isn't it? Be one of the first 25 to participate in the class by calling Butch Johnston at 800.441.6486. Nominal fee of $25 .....
4:00 PM...The Mask and Body Bar opens in the Lower Atrium! Remember, you will need an OUT OF THIS WORLD body flower to wear, carry or beam - up for the Presidential award Dinner !!!! Keep the incredible style of President Shackelford in mind to inspire you !
6:00 to 7:00 PM....President John Shackelford AIFD welcomes everyone to the Interplanetary Cocktail Soiree' !!!!! Remember to dress or morph into your favorite Star Trek character or your favorite interplanetary entity.... Wow, be creative and try to win the Award for the Most Out of This World Attire !!!!! This is the year to really let your imagination SOAR !!!!!!!! Cash Bar.
7:00 PM...Annual Banquet and Awards Dinner, Main Ballroom.
The announcement of Scholarship Winners and Introductions of the Board of Directors and Officers, Candidates for Board Member election and the Winners of the Interplanetary Costume Contest !!! President Kirk,...uh, Shackelford will decide who really deserves the title of " Mr. or Mrs. Universe ".
Also, an " OZARK first " - an auction of Interplanetary Board member " Slaves " ... How would you like to bid for your favorite Board member to come and work for you for a day??????? The proceeds, of course, will go to the Ozark Scholarship Fund.
