7:00 PM...Get together and Welcome reception for exhibitors, Board members, Designers and Volunteers...Everyone needs to attend and get the Roundup Rolling!! Get along " Little Doggies " ! Hospitality Suite

9:00 AM till Noon... Set Up for the Ozark Marketplace Exhibitors
11:00 AM till 1:30 PM... Design Contest Orientation & Competition, Pavilion Entry
1:30 PM... Basic Flower Care Presentation, Chris Gray, Baisch and Skinner Main Stage in Pavilion
2:00 PM... Basic Plant Care Presentation, Doyle Ferguson, Aurora Greenhouse Main Stage in Pavilion
2:30 PM... Ozark Cup Winner 2010 presents " Sympathy Tirbutes " Kay Schlaefli AMF, Presenter Mike Koch AMF
3:30 PM... Specialty Flower Care Presentation, River Valley Floral Distributors Main Stage in Pavilion
4:00 PM... Video - Growers Farm TOUR from Bear Creek Farms
4:00 PM... The Body Flower, Buckle Decor and Cowboy Hat decor Bar opens in the Center of the Pavilion
6:00 to 7:00 PM... President and Sharp-Shooting champion Colleen Horrigan welcomes everyone to a Cocktail Roundup !!! Remember to put on your best Western Wear and shine up those Tony Lamas because there will be a Cowboy Hat and Buckle Contest ! There are no Varmints or Rustlers because Sheriff King James will be on hand to make certain that the Posse is saddled up and " shootin' straight " !
